I coordinated the education program of the IT department of MN. This entails making a year planning in order to round of the IT courses of the department on time and monitoring of the program planning, timeline, deadlines and training budget. I also developed, planned and organizing various courses and training sessions and set up knowledge groups. Besides the co-ordination of the educational track I also assisted the teammanagers of the AS department by making/planning appointments and doing all administrative tasks concerning the start of new employees. My work also included the resource allocation administration and hour administration in Principal Toolbox.

I started at Veneficus as a Management Assistant / Office Manager. Helping the management with daily administrative tasks, making appointments, hour registration, invoicing and all other tasks needed to be done. Because Veneficus was expanding, my role shifted towards HR advisor. I took a course in Human Resource Management to update my knowledge and was keeping track of all developments regarding HR. The need to set up a solid HR administration and making sure all employees had the chance to develop themselves was part of my job. I was responsible for all recruitment activities, personnel administration and all training/development activities. I took an advisory role towards the management concerning the new developments within the Dutch law.
