Responsible for strategic leadership, management, and direction for services focused on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. This includes the strategic planning and operational oversight of the Application Development, Reporting Services, and Web Services teams within a college level service unit supporting more than 50 individual departments.New efforts include development of a program aimed at providing our undergraduate liberal arts and humanities students with internship and research opportunities. This effort involves collaboration with academic units to identify skills learned in academic coursework that when paired with experience using technology provide students with real world work experience sought be employers.

Provided programming and database consulting services to utility providers, major insurance corporations, private companies, state agencies, and higher education clients within Central Illinois. Areas of expertise included application and database development, maintenance enhancements and troubleshooting, and performance tuning for several languages, developer tools, and database platforms. Project assignments included both single developer and large team memberships.

Member of the application development team responsible for the documentation of requirements, system design, application development, testing & QA, creation and delivery of user training materials, and system implementation of large custom software application for the US Army. Assisted with the preparation and delivery of presentations to high ranking officials. Other projects included custom application development for a major healthcare insurance provider.
