This is a client facing role in which I am responsible for the planning, identification and development of new business opportunities for the organisation’s IT related products and services.Responsible for the overall Calatayud Branch office.

• Responsible for the day to day running of business processes and planning, IT communications and hardware implementation
• Management of all IT related projects including setting up Tensel’s call centres, PABX installations, sales decks, domain separations and Exchange 2007 deployment - a project of note includes the setup of VOIP on the.
• Evaluating business / users’ needs and propose change within the ITIL framework to the Development team
• Coordinate implementation of Agile methodologies in the development team
• Coordinate with the IT Support team in order to consolidate the helpdesk as a Service Desk to provide IT support and proper change management for all offices (Tenerife, Malta, Italy and Jamaica)
• Prepared SLAs, policies and procedures and monitored KPIs

• Managed the implementation of the first Real Estate network project on the Costa del Sol using WEBand SQL technologies
• Addressing queries regarding the Information System / Software and extending onsite support to the clients including hardware and software maintenance

• Project management for a web based store software
• Gathering client’s requirements, recommending technology and database design

• Implemented the IT Helpdesk solution, created procedures and helped align the IT department withbusiness needs, including the consolidation of the 5 existing IT staff
• This was core to the development of the new ICT department which now operates in 5 different locations with more than 30 IT employees

Kenya

• Efficiently created the infrastructure for Resorts, enabling necessary support for operations in East and West Africa
• Designed and implemented user procedures, technical procedures and backup procedures
