Fleet Management Administrator
Current● Interacts with multiple fleet managers on a regular basis in order to provide answers, and advice effective solutions to fleet management for cost reduction. ● Reviews estimates with repair facilities and negotiates with them to achieve the best costs; approves and pays daily invoices for mechanical repairs and maintenance performed on fleet units.● Assists accident management department to document and process insurance claims and accurately files and organizes documentation for internal and external audits along with performing other administrative duties. ● Performs various types of reporting audits such as Halocarbon refrigerants emissions as per federal regulations, Heavy and medium duty truck wheel re-torque compliance, (NDT) non-destructive testing of Aerial devices for safety & MTO compliance.
