- main responsibility of securing the bought-out parts capacities on short and mid-term (W+1 to M+12), in order to preserve the manufacturing plan of the engine plants, mainly in Cleon - France and Bursa - Turkey;- identify and analyze the capacity risks: daily for the alerts coming from the plants, suppliers, Purchasing, informatic tools and monthly for the S&OP cycle (demand update);- lead action plans to mitigate those risks: on short/mid term (extra hours at supplier, stock pilling) or on long term (extra capacity investment, new sourcing). Running meetings with suppliers, buyers and the engine plants for this purpose, so that every vehicle to be produced as scheduled;- working closely with the Production Control Managers to know the latest changes in the production plan, in order to anticipate risks and take proper actions; Successfully implemented preventive measures, ensuring zero production stoppages during my tenure as Supply Planner.

- responsibility of assuring the necessary raw materials, packaging and indirect materials in due time;- receiving internal orders from the departments of the company, finding suppliers and sending requests for quotation by Coupa;- choosing the best offer based on quality and commercial proposal, negotiating the price and delivery terms of the products;- releasing purchase orders assisted by the ERP system or manually; - sending complaints to suppliers for short/ advanced deliveries; - risk evaluation regarding raw material availability;- stock management according to the corporate procedures (stock level, excess & obsolete parts, engineering level changes);- reception of the goods in the system;- following and updating the list of potential suppliers; yearly supplier evaluation;- preparing the annual budget for indirect materials together with the Logistics manager;- maintaining the relationships with the suppliers, carriers and Central Purchasing in order to solve the delivery issues;- proposing new procedures and improvements of the current procedures;- preparing the daily, weekly, monthly reports according to the internal procedures;- key user for I-Net Transport Management System: checking and approving the new transport routes, taking care of transport orders to be performed accordingly by the carriers, exceptions analysis (finding the root cause for volume discrepancies, delays in delivery), solving different transport issues (including financial claims) with carriers, suppliers and Central Transport department;- PFEP (Plan For Every Part) responsible: collecting and updating all of the necessary parts information - as part weight, order frequency, packing unit, daily usage etc.
