I am passionate about creating high reliability organisational cultures where everyone is engaged in impacting reliability in their sphere of influence and all functions are working co-operatively together to create high reliability performance.It has been a particular honour and privilege to partner with visionary leaders over the last few decades and to work with them to sustainably transform their organisational culture and performance. A reliable plant is a safe plant, is a cost-effective plant.I have over 35 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, production and change management roles in a variety of industries, in the UK and across Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, USA and the Middle East.In my non-work time I run, ski and have recently taken up Yoga. I enjoy sharing time with my wife and two grown up boys. I am also learning about Mindfulness and benefitting from implementing Mindfulness practices.
