As a fresher in the industry, I was finding a job which gives a vast exposure to different areas of a professional kitchen and which helps me to hone my skills . Amadeo by Oberois - A new stand alone restaurant is a perfect place for some one like me . My role here is to understand my job as a chef .Assist in the preopening activities .Understand my own capabilities and provide my team with the best I am able to offer .

While spending my time at IHM AHMEDABAD, being a foody, I came across a serious problem i.e. lack of good and affordable food outlets in the vicinity. Later on deciding to start up my own cloud kitchen along with my friends , We launched 'Aashita' . Derived from the Sanskrit word 'Aashit' - which means 'satisfying through food'. We serve yummy thalis at affordable prices and with the utmost care w.r.t hygiene maintenance. The cloud kitchen is currently in the embryonic stage and still reaching towards its break even point . • Learning to survey the market and find the target clientele , which in this case is students living in the hostels of the bhaijipura area . • Learning cost management . • Learning various marketing strategies .• Honing my skills as a growing Chef .

Worked As an intern in the coffee shop of JW Marriott Sahar , Mumbai :- JW Cafe . Worked in tandoor in order to sharpen my skills and improve my productivity.

• Learned the basics of baking at this very under rated cloud kitchen and home bakery - Oven Mysteries• Played a vital role in managing miza , baking sponge and cheese cakes .• Learned various breads such as focaccia, babka, bread loafs , etc• Learned the importance of a standardized product .• Learned about cake styling . • Played a vital role in preparing ala carte orders of pastas.
