- Company RWC (Responsible Welding Coordinator) ensuring welding operations are controlled and carried out efficiently, safely, and to high-quality BS EN 1090 standards. Responsible for producing, installing and maintaining weld processes, directly contributing to the success of high end welding projects, including AstraZeneca, Intel and HS2.- Lead a team responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct and improve products, services, and processes in order to meet established quality standards.- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.- Provide guidance and training to team members and operators on quality control techniques and best practices.- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with our own SQA and suppliers/external partners to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.- Participate in customer and regulatory audits to demonstrate compliance with quality standards.- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality management.
