Director Of Development Services
CurrentLeadership & Mentorship: Lead the Development Services Department, comprised of Project Managers, Development Coordinators, and Permit Technicians, to drive commercial client project management at all levels, including project feasibility research, due diligence, plan review submittals, and permitting, ensuring integration with firm-wide goals and resulting in an average permitting turnaround of 60 days.Operations Management: In true start-up fashion, develop and implement policies, procedures, role descriptions, and KPIs alongside the C-Suite to ensure alignment with firm values, resulting in a unique, collaborative Design-Project Management structure that delivers exceptional results on time and within budget. Also established the creation and maintenance of the Employee Handbook to align with firm vision and values. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison to establish and maintain client relationships, coordinating resources to deliver exceptional results on project timelines and quality standards. Not only brought on a foundational developer client, but increased that developer's business by onboarding additional LLCs. Act as the standard-bearer for Development Services/Project Management, serving in that role for several high-profile corporate clients in the Retail, Restaurant, Non-profit, and Financial Industries. Onboarding Committee: Research, direct, and implement a robust onboarding process with key stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring foundational ties to firm culture and creating genuine touchpoints that result in lasting first impressions which are truly representative of the firm culture. Created a digital training/onboarding platform to drive collaborative learning and productivity.Mentorship: Take a coaching-mentorship approach to leadership, enrolling in leadership development programs whenever possible and bringing those key points and curricula back to firm management to grow and develop future leaders.
