Working with a renowned company in Sector 5,Kolkata.My current responsibility include end to end employee engagement within the organization. Some of the key activities that I perform as the HR Head are listed below. These activities are only the subset of the total activities that I am responsible for in my Organisation.• Employee Recruitment• Employee Exit Formalities• Managing a HR team• Employee Induction• Employee Learning and Development• Employee Performance Management• Employee Payroll Management• Employee Team building activities I have to ensure that the employees are productive in a very short span of time and hence it was my responsibility to build an effective Learning and Development modules for the employees and evaluate their performance post the completion of this program.I have undergone through training on SAP HR module and I well versed with the various HR SAP functional activities like recruitment, performance management and resource planning.

Core responsibilities include taking care of internal recruitment process for the company. Schedule and implement end to end recruitment process which includes profile short listing, interviewing and initiating background checks. Overlook offer-rollout and on boarding and induction.Lead employee engagement and employee grievance handling. Implement a robust feedback mechanism to ensure constructive and timely feedback to the internal workforce.Identify and propose training needs, prepare presentations and deliver soft skill training.Skilled in motivating and training staff to optimize operational efficiency and deliver quality services and ensuring cost reduction through effective utilization of manpower and available resources.Supervise all work done by other members in the team and providing start –up training to new members, taken judgment calls on model-specific adjustments requiring strong quantitative and analytical skills.

• Working with the HR and Technical team to ensure that the appropriate talents are acquired by the organization.•Once the employees are inducted into the organization, I had to ensure that they complete the necessary training and development program before taking a hands-on responsibility• I also had to tailor Learning and Development Program for various functions/positions that were part of the organization• I organized multiple team building activities for increasing team work, synergy and cohesiveness within the employees

In this role, my key activity was to perform the recruitment for the organization and manage the employees’ performance in the organization.

• I worked with the various agencies to identify the correct candidate for the organization and recruiting them after conducting Technical and HR round interviews• Was primary responsible for the joining formalities and performing necessary background checks of the selected candidates• I was responsible for managing the employees’ Learning and Development program and providing necessary completion of certification
