Responsible for the creation of a comprehensive architecture blueprint for the Market Datatechnology landscape using BizzDesign & ArchiMate specifications. This blueprint effectively aligns with business strategy, drivers, and motivations, guiding the transition to the target state architecture with a clear roadmap spanning six to eight quarters. I have also developed substantial knowledge in leading large teams, fostering vision, forward planning, and decision-making skillsFew notable achievements includes -- Played crucial role in the Core Accounts transformation program, facilitating various workshops, and design discussions across product partners,operations and technology teams- Lead the architecture and design discussions for the migration of a number of non-core business functions from Flexcube to the appropriate product platform. The payments, loans, interests & fees, liquidity sweeps, general ledgers, statements, credit linkages and account modules were few crucials among others- In charge of building the brand new design review process for core accounts, by setting up integration best practices/standards, design patterns, processes and technical debt guidelines from the ground up, in response to guidelines set forth by auditors- Lead the design and target state architecture for Express Payment platform, which will allow the bank to process payments at a rate of 100s of TPS. This includes,among other crucial ones, the integration with various liquidity platforms, data warehouse, finance, payments and statements platform, with core accounts- Responsible for developing and driving the architecture roadmap and create strategies including hybrid-cloud, standardization and modernization of legacy environment- Lead, guide, coach and mentor peers on design standards, implementation strategies and best practices

As a Head of Integration Architecture for NAM, and LATAM regions, I was responsible for defining and directing integration architecture,design, and development activity for Core Banking Product.Key achievements includes -- Enabler for more than 30 Flexibus services on the TTS cloud platform (OpenShift), as part of the Flexcube rollout in Costa Rica- Responsible for the design of the DDA platform's integration with the 2 Day account onboarding landscape, for multiple LATAM countries. This involved integration with regional and global systems like CRM, AML, KYC, eDocs, Sanctions, Regional Credit Engines- Responsible to integrate GCE and the Flexcube platform successfully for the first time in Latin America to increase the availability of liquidity management services for Citi clients worldwide- Responsible for rolling out 20+ Standard Services using a variety of architectural patterns, including routing, sync/async, request/reply, pub/sub, and notification model- Architected, designed, and launched a 2-Day client onboarding dashboard solution that allowed account services operations and production support teams to manage various milestones and SLAs during the account opening process

I joined the ICC “Integration Competency Center” team as a Sr Integration Architect. This horizontal team's main objectives were to create integration services for multiple TTS products, develop aglobal ESB strategy, and establish integration governance. I was part of the Frameworks & Shared Services team to Define, Design & Deliver Envision Platform for CTS. Key contributor for defining Global ESB strategy for CTS/TTS line of business. Key member of SOA Governance, Architecture & Design review committee. Responsible for the design and delivery of several internal platforms, including Eagle, Mediation, and TURBO. Designed, developed, and delivered the EAGLE platform as a global application logging and transaction tracking platform. The platform allows ingestion of transaction/audit logs at a rate of up to 40MM messages per day.

Functioned as Integration Architect and Application Development Manager for building the Merrill Lynch SOA Center of Excellence (COE) from the ground up and defining the SOA strategy. Designed Merrill Lynch/Bank of America's Quick Start Foundation framework, used by more than 100 different application services and helps track millions of transactions daily. During the Merrill & Bank of America merger in FY 09–10, I played a significant role in decision-making and adjusting to changing business needs. I was responsible for GWIM & GBAM groups' Common Services & SOA platform certification

Developed class models, flowcharts, and technical design documentation for the new interfaces in the IndexUpdate project. I was responsible for setting up the Tibco interfaces for the bulk image retrieval system, which is now accessible by five different applications to retrieve check pictures in bulk. implemented Tibco Active Database Adapters for various database integrations. Involved in design, development, testing, deployment, and migration activities.
