The Business Development Director is responsible for assisting and supporting existing business in Saline County, maintaining and managing a volunteer base to work in conjunction with community Economic Development partners. This individual works cooperatively with resource and federal, state and regional partners in an effort to grow and promote existing businesses in our communities, and manages projects which are the outcome of this work.
