• Fully inspect Mechanical and Cable / Harness Assemblies• Verify BOM, all wiring, cosmetic and documentation meet customer’s specific criteria, to include cosmetic specs, functional abilities, and documentation.• Inspect with the use of multi-meters, automated test equipment, and Cirris cable testers.• Prepare documentation for packaging• Create NC’s for rejected materials • Support incoming inspection activities to include dimensional and cosmetic.

• Supervise 10-15 employees across a 10 acre yard / warehouse area• Responsible for loading and unloading of all inbound and outbound freight• Warehouse activities such as up-stocking all inventory as well as kitting outbound orders; at times across multiple trucks and different carriers.• Scheduling pickup and deliveries with multiple freight carriers.• Mange employees; set up schedules, monitor performance and disciplinary actions.• Monitor / maintain / order onsite supplies for the metal fabrication shop as well as yard supplies.• Maintain training for employees ensuring all training is up to date and coordinate needed training.
