Managing clients work from concept to delivery date. In working with my clients they provide me a project idea and I help them execute this idea to fruition. We work together in completing the project all while maintaining within budget and on time.

My Responsibilities include:• Being a role model and leader for all Project Manager Team members• Supervise and oversee Team members• Perform reviews, Implement/maintain training schedules, Train new Team members • Communicate with clients regarding all aspects of a job, from start to completion. Either by phone, email or face to face meeting• Prepare estimates and invoices for client • Coordinate jobs with client and multiple internal departments • Create and maintain work orders with information received from clients• Manage deadlines with clients, making sure all components for the project are met on time• Oversee quality and perform sign offs during production of orders
