-Hire, train, and manage 30 GO Center mentors and foster a working relationship with onsite GO Center sponsor- Work with higher education partners on carious administrative aspects of the college work-study program from student selection to payroll- Document programmatic outputs and compile detailed monthly reports on outreach activities-Coordinate the promotion and scheduling of College Prep and FAFSA Prep presentation throughout North Texas- Assist in the planning and execution of the biannual Destination Success half-day college forum-Actively participate in community engagement efforts as HESC seeks to be a recognized leader in college access and success programs and services in the North Texas region-Help lead the continued development of inspirED for the purpose for making all programs and activities meaningful, measurable, and sustainable

* Assisted in recruitment networking efforts with business and industry, churches and civic leaders in the DFW metroplex. *Traveled to the Rio Grande Valley to recruit students to UNT* Assisted in recruitment efforts in other admission and student recruiting functions of the Office of Admissions. * Participated in on-campus events such as UNT preview* Completed projects for the recruitment team and helped developmed outreach events * Provided information to prospective students and parents on specific educational opportunities offered at UNT. * Evaluated academic credentials of freshman and transfer students in order to determine eligibility of applicants in accordance with official university admissions policies, state guidelines, etc. * Assisted in the review of students in the Individual Review Process.
