I've enjoyed a 25 year career in marketing communications. I've worked at a senior level in both agency and in-house roles. And I currently run a coaching business alongside my work at SCVO, supporting people managers at all levels to lead brilliant teams.I have well-developed strategic, financial and people management skills. I thrive on change and challenge, and have embraced a collaborative style of leadership that is positive and productive for me, my teams and my organisations.I'm one of those irritating people who genuinely enjoys their work. I'm a creative soul, but I always focus on the end goal and am driven by results. I continually strive to do more and better, and work well under pressure. I have extensive crisis and issues management experience and, as a result, keep a cool head and take a considered approach in even the most heated situations. I like to work with organisations that fit with my values and where there are opportunities to work with great people to do stretching, meaningful and memorable work.
