The Company is one of the largest in Silver and Gold Jewellery manufacturer in India. As a head of CRM I worked with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers. Due to strong knowledge in the area of Accounts & Finance, I also engaged in the process of budgeting and forecasting of the organization.

The company engaged in providing sourcing, merchandising, hiring and store management solutions to the Fine Jewelry retailers in Japan as well as selling high value diamonds and expensive Gem Stones to the High Net Worth Private clients. As a Vice President I oversee channel development strategies, infrastructure requirements, and collaboration of information technology, revenue generation, Client relationship and operations to fulfill overall business objectives.

I was responsible to lead the procurement of the organization. Efficiently managed procurement of Precious and Semi-Precious Gemstones, Diamonds, and Fine Jewelry, worth of USD 10 million yearly targets. The overseas suppliers I worked as a buyer across Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle East with various agreement of exclusivity of product distributorship as well as negotiation for best pricing for optimization of profits. As a Team leader I was also responsible for training and motivating the team members.
