This included the proposal, pricing, negotiation, and execution of the development and delivery of three full motion level-D CH-47D Helicopter Flight Trainers; the AVCATT flight control production program, delivering 20 configurations of product at a rate of 800-900 units per year over a 10-year period; the development of a USB desktop control product line; the development and implementation of set of graphic novels with embedded content on desktop and mobile systems to support the tactics training; and the transition of targetry manufacturing from Europe to the US for a large European Manufacturer as part of a long term partnership. This transition of manufacturing involved the establishment of a new global supply chain, in-house assembly and test production lines, and storage and shipping assets to support field installation across the US, within tight cost and quality controls.
