Having been around from the inception of networking with AT&T StarLan, through Novell 1.11 to 6.0 (GroupWise) and then Microsoft NT 3.0 to Server 2019; Win 3.1 to Win 10, Win 11; it is with this background that a Project Manager needs to do the job correctly. Administratively I have managed projects from conception, design, creation of business plans, scope of projects, project plans, team building, budgeting, creation of corporate standards, licensing, creation of team meetings, and reporting to CEO, CIO and CFO's directly.
