Responsible for all aspects of membership growth & engagement, including developing strategies and tactical plans for attracting, retaining, and growing membership, as well as deepening and enhancing member engagement for Seeds of Fortune Inc. Refine and support the organization's membership value proposition by collaborating internally with peers, and externally with relevant stakeholders to identify and anticipate members’ needs. Develop business plans for membership recruitment and retention, member engagement, and student programs.

Utilization of social media, marketing, brand awareness, and interpersonal communication skills and abilities to continue to build online community engagement for members. Effectively digitally target and continue to engage students in the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, and Southern Region of the United States, as well as use social media platforms to engage, and elicit feedback from members. Track performance metrics, following and reporting on trends, and relay information to management for corporate and college partner performance reports for student member activity within the network.

Under general supervision, determines student applicants' admissibility to the university. Evaluates transcripts and assigns students to appropriate academic units. Advises potential students on admission requirements and options, transfers, and related issues. Establishes and administers programs for targeting, recruitment, and retention of defined groups of potential students to undergraduate or graduate programs. Develops programs and marketing materials; visits and makes presentations to groups and/or individuals at external locations.

Commitment to engaging students, promoting learning, developing community, and maintaining a safe environment. Lead two to four residential communities of 300-600 students total and supervising 9-18 paraprofessional students. Actively supporting student development, student employee training, hall budget oversight, equitable programming/outreach development, adjudicating conduct cases, and emergency response, while also contributing to the Department’s mission through projects designed to enhance the quality of student life.

Select, train, supervise, and evaluate undergraduate Residential Life staff and provide leadership for a residence hall/apartment cluster of 1-7 buildings. Lead/participate in departmental committees and manage administrative and operational functions in assigned residence halls/apartments. Provide services directly to students, such as personal and disciplinary counseling, and social/educational events/activities. Maintain a balance between administrative workload and student interactions. Maintain liaison relationships with other Student Affairs and Campus Life offices. Participate in the overall planning and management of the residence hall system.

Initiating, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating efforts in the residential area that will result in educational, social, and cultural growth for the individual student and the entire living community. Fulfillment of the following primary areas: Staff Supervision, Community Development, Student Development, Departmental Responsibilities, and Administrative Duties. Serve as a catalyst for student engagement in the residence hall communities and role models daily interactions with students for student staff.

Act as a leader, helper and resource person for students. The position serves as a critical link between the students within the Resident Assistant’s assigned floor or area, Campus Safety and the Residence Life Office. Participate as an active representative of the College and a representative of student issues in the hall and across campus.

Assisting and participating in the following tasks: Supervision of campers, administering behavior protocol as directed, administering all medical protocol as directed, verbal and physical assistance, and completes all other tasks as directed.
