I have held a leading role in major initiatives, such as developing the GRI’s Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, leading the GRI’s entry into China, developing the client portfolio and offerings for KPMG’s sustainability advisory services in China, the creation of the NDC Partnership, and leading investor engagement at the Global Impact Investing Network. I am skilled at change management and working across global organizations and networks. Whether it has been developing the GRI’s multi-stakeholder process or introducing a sustainability function into a large organization such as KPMG, one of the keys to my success has been the ability to manage networks and lead through influence.
