Provider Success Manager
Remote
• Quickly moved to Provider Success Manager – Started as an Independent Contractor for the company. Was hired within a month as Provider Acquisition Associate and promoted within the year to Provider Success Manager.• Improved workflow efficiency – By working through the application processes that our providers experienced, I was able to almost double the number of providers onboarded onto our network each month.• Developed a role that did not exist within the company – Prior to taking up the role as a Provider Retention Manager, this role did not exist. Procedures and protocols for how to contact, interact, react, and manage hundreds of providers at one time had to be created.• Decreased time before first appointment – Through open communications with providers brought onto the network, I was able to cut the average time before first appointment from 13 days to 4 days.• Recruited thousands of providers – The Acquisition department was responsible for Zoom interviews, looking over resumes, watching video responses, and verifying their application. Roughly five interviews were completed every day, 5 days a week by each member.• Lead projects to success – Was put on several projects involving recruiting providers for events. Took charge of locating providers, creating messages, calling/messaging, and tracking the providers through the process. These projects would see us reach out to upwards of 600 potential providers and tracking them through till they were available on the network.• Created Standard Operating Procedures – For several procedures throughout the company, written instructions were created on how best to complete the task.• Training – Along with developing Standard Operating Procedures, training was created and performed to new and existing employees. Training for bias was requested and performed to help the team better understand what to look for in themselves when interviewing providers.
