    Ruah is an independent, not-for-profit community service organisation operating more than 20 different programs to support our clients. Our services combine to provide wraparound support for people dealing with the trauma of homelessness, family violence and chronic mental illness. We also provide legal advice, support, and advocacy in the areas of mental health law, care and protection, family and domestic law and homelessness.I'm proud as the GM People & Culture to support ~300 People (staff, students and volunteers) of Ruah who are based in Perth, Geraldton and Albany.I have the privilege to lead a team that focuses on our people, so they can focus on our clients. We provide People & Culture Partnership, Learning & Organisational Development, Cultural Advice and Aboriginal Employment, and look after Facilities, Assets & Safety all as part of our employee's experience. Some of my contribution areas include our:- People & Diversity Board sub-committee- Staff Consultative Committee- Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group- LGBTIQ+ Working Group- Senior Leadership Team- Strategic & operational risk management- Business operating model review- Lead for the Ruah Centre for Women & Children Project's People Group (all things people, talent pipeline, change management, transition planning)- Merger and acquisition integrations- And an endless list of other amazing and fun spaces.
