Creating purchase orders for raw material, hardware, calibration, and outside services and special processes from approved vendors and suppliers.Following company's procedures to ensure suppliers and vendors are approved by the Quality Assurance department. Maintain good and long standing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Monitor and follow up with suppliers and vendor schedules for changes in delivery dates. Flow down customer quality requirements to sub-tier suppliers and vendors. Make purchasing decisions to meet customer delivery targets and deadlines while maintaining cost and capacity schedules. Receiving customer contracts and determine production schedule. Reviewing customer contracts and verifying latest part revisions and latest industry specifications. Releasing work orders and travelers with required drawings and documents for production. Report weekly MRP with production to determine and calculate raw material needed and schedule jobs and machine loads.

Supporting role in Quality Assurance by creating certification packages for parts manufactured.Understanding customer requirements for what is needed for shipments and utilizing their software and online portals. Utilizing JOBBOSS software to determine customer's delivery schedule, create packing lists, and update current stock levels going in and out of parts manufactured after shipments. Creating bubble/ balloon drawings for AS9102 First Articles using Discuss software as well as creating inspection and first article templates. Working with in-house inspectors to complete required documentation; first articles and final inspection reports. Working with outside/ 3rd party source inspectors and providing required documentation for approval. Verifying certifications from approved outside special processers and suppliers.Approve/ disapprove suppliers and vendors and keep record on company's Approved Suppler List.Issue RMAs, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions. Quarterly reporting company's KPIs; internal on time delivery, supplier on time delivery and quality, internal scrap rate, and contract review accuracy.

Verifying customer part numbers, part revisions, quantities, and required documentation for shipment.Handling and packaging finished goods per customer's requirements. Receiving and verifying purchased products from approved vendors and suppliers per purchase order and/or work order requirements then distributing them accordingly. Forklifting raw materials, bar stock, oil drums, large totes, pallets, and crates. Utilizing UPS, FedEx, and DHL's software to make tracking labels for shipments.
