Utilizing JOBBOSS software to determine customer's delivery schedule, create packing lists, and update current stock levels going in and out of parts manufactured after shipments. Creating bubble/ balloon drawings for AS9102 First Articles using Discuss software as well as creating inspection and first article templates. Working with in-house inspectors to complete required documentation; first articles and final inspection reports. Working with outside/ 3rd party source inspectors and providing required documentation for approval. Verifying certifications from approved outside special processers and suppliers.Approve/ disapprove suppliers and vendors and keep record on company's Approved Suppler List.Issue RMAs, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions. Quarterly reporting company's KPIs; internal on time delivery, supplier on time delivery and quality, internal scrap rate, and contract review accuracy.
