I manage multiple projects, prioritising elements of delivery to achieve outcomes above expectation. My innate creativity serves me well, providing energy and enthusiasm to mould ideas and work positively with change. From securing funding to designing strategies that embed policy into practice, I am driven to design systems that work to improve people's lives and develop them robustly from conception to legacy. Meeting needs and requirements is essential, but embedding sustainability and maximising opportunity during the delivery process is what ultimately nurtures organisational strength and appropriate growth. I am passionate about how a person-centred, trauma-responsive and inclusive approach can be embedded at every step and become common concepts that support organisational development.Work in various geographic locations along with my own lived experience and education underpin my success in looking at the bigger picture and identifying interconnectedness.
