Responsible for the nationwide deployment and support of cabling and IT infrastructure for several retailers headquartered in the Midwest. This includes deployment of new stores, cabling and infrastructure changes during store remodels, and dispatch services for emergency repairs. In addition to deployment management, responsibilities include serving as primary liaison to the client, special projects as requested by the client, budget and cost management, and executive reporting. Also actively participate in the sales cycle for new and enhanced services on an ongoing basis.While at CompuCom, worked extensively on large retail deployments, some in excess of $40M. The most significant project was completed with Walgreens where their store technology infrastructure and point-of-sale devices were all refreshed for ~8,000 stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico over an 18 month period. Served on project as Scheduling Master which required the coordination and scheduling of > 35,000 separate store visits with significant scheduling constraints from the client.

Co-Founder and EVP of Operations responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the Company's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Primarily responsible for the Professional Services and Training, Customer Support, Intellectual Property Management, and Administrative and Project Management areas of the organization.As a Founder at Rhysome, the company developed and attempted to patent Event-Driven Sense and Respond software solutions to help companies identify and react to dynamic business conditions as relevant changes occur. The most successful solution developed and commercially sold was DataVault, which sensed and collected changes in state. Skywalker Sound was the first commercial client of this application where it was installed and successfully implemented.

Responsible for day-to-day operations and managing the deployment of e-commerce web sites. Projects included re-design, development, and deployment of e-commerce site for a national retailer, re-design of multiple web sites for various types of clients, and resolution of issues with backend systems for various e-commerce web sites (e.g.: inventory, sales tax calculations, etc.).While at InteractApps, created and deployed ecommerce web sites for retailers. The largest project was done with Bebe where their ecommerce site was completely redesigned. Leading the Team, the redesigned site was developed, tested, and deployed within six months.

Responsible for the specific aspects of nationwide deployment of malls and retail stores including: circuit and facilities provisioning, broadband infrastructure deployment, billing, and SLA tracking. Deployed broadband solution to 294 malls in less than 12 months and over 1,700 retail stores in 90 days without negatively impacting the customer experience during holiday shopping.MerchantWired was a very fast moving start-up that was the brain child of David Simon (CEO of Simon Property Group) to deploy broadband infrastructure into enclosed malls and sell access to the broadband to the inline retailers. Mr. Simon developed a consortium of other mall owners so that retailers could gain access for all their locations across the various owners. Initial role was in Retail Integration which was responsible for deploying routers into all store locations so the mall infrastructure could be accessed. Within 90 days, promoted to Director of Mall Deployments and was responsible for the management of all the cabling and head-end equipment that had to be deployed to the mall locations. Was given additional responsibilities over telco and provisioning to ensure that all circuits were deployed to the mall locations in a timely manner.

As a Business Analyst Manager responsibilities included development, implementation, and deployment of strategic and revenue enhancing solutions to the income producing and back office sectors of the organization through the use of innovative and leading-edge technologies. Some projects included: • Redesign and deployment of an enhanced revenue budgeting system which resulted in property budgets being completed and approved from three months to 30 days. This solution was nominated for Lotus’ Beacon Award.• Design and implementation of an executive workflow approval exclusively used by the CEO which reduced his approval time for complex leases by 90%. • Deployment of thin client to approximately 2,500 corporate and field personnel in 38 states which reduced hardware deployment and maintenance costs. Also provided primary support for the Property Management software CTI across all the leasing and financial divisions of the company. Worked closely with the software vendor on bug fixes and product enhancements.

As Manager of Information Systems was responsible for the integration, maintenance, training, documentation, and day-to-day operations of all real estate development information systems within corporate office and all remote locations. Some projects include:• Created and implemented extensive system and training documentation used by the entire organization. • Provided analysis of department workflow and implemented solutions which were proven to reduce overhead costs and save time in various areas. • Participated in the due diligence, conversion and reconciliation of property acquisitions. • Worked closely with executive management to assist in occupancy, financial, and business analysis. • Served as Compliance Officer for Year 2000 Project Office.Also provided training & primary support for the Property Management software CTI across all areas of the company. In this decentralized environment was responsible for supporting the bookkeeping staff within each enclosed mall.

Responsible for the business analysis, implementation, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and training of custom-written software on the IBM System 36 and AS/400 platforms for the financial, manufacturing, carpet, automotive, and apparel industries. Assisted in setting up and implementing customer service department. Served as contract trainer for IBM OfficeVision/400. Also responsible for the operational support of all internal systems including system maintenance, troubleshooting, disaster recovery and backups, and all internal accounting functions for the Company.
