With 30 years of experience in education, I am a passionate about empowering teachers to reach all learners using data-driven instruction, best practices, and current trends in educational technology. From serving as Gifted and Talented Specialist, ESL Specialist, and English and Writing Teacher and Trainer of Teachers, I understand the importance of differentiation and, as an Instructional Coach, I support teachers and students in various areas of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership with Principal's Certification, and I am pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Christian Education (expected in 2024).My core competencies include instructional coaching, educational leadership, gifted and talented education, ESL education, writing instruction, and instructional technology with experience in designing and delivering differentiated and data-driven instruction, using innovative and best practices in education. I also have extensive experience and expertise in English, communications, writing, and writing across the curriculum, as well as in delivering various formative, summative, state endorsed and high stakes assessments. My mission is to empower teachers and students to achieve their full potential and to make a positive impact on the world.
