Evaluated and analyzed testing performance levels of students. Coordinated and led team meetings consisting of grade level teachers, principals, aides and school psychologists to collaboratively decide best intervention practices.Taught intervention groups for reading and math based on the MTSS model. Prepared targeted intervention group curriculum and placed students appropriately school wide. Organized and conducted weekly progress monitoring of at-risk students.Led progress monitoring teams.
