Current▶ Provide high-quality learning solutions to clients from a variety of industries, including corporate, government, education, retail, technology, non-profit, and healthcare.▶ Past Clients: National Nurse-Led Care Consortium, VetBloom, Health Federation of Philadelphia, Yale University, Navigate360, Communities In Schools National Office, Kennesaw State University, Department of Education (Virginia/Alabama), ARAISA, and many more.▶ Manage multiple projects from conception to launch, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and budgets were met while delivering high-quality, engaging online learning experiences for clients.▶ Design and develop digital learning solutions, including microlearning, animated and screencast explainer videos, gamified modules, interactive assessments, branching scenarios, and simulations, to effectively meet training needs and enhance learner engagement.▶ Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.▶ Conduct coaching sessions and workshops (one-on-one and/or small groups) by establishing learning goals and guiding through strategies to increase engagement and reach performance/learning outcomes.▶ Develop and facilitate virtual instructor-led training (VILT) on online learning principles and techniques to support educators in implementing effective instructional practices for division, district, and professional development leaders.▶ Manage the implementation of learning management systems and other learning technology tools.
