We had a global mindset from day one, with customers from all over the world and international partners in design and logistics.I built the company from the ground up – a company that had 55,000 visits per month, an annual turnover of about 3.5 million SEK and raised about 7 million SEK in venture capital.Our growth journey involved me building a data-focused team and managing personnel, analyzing customer desires and market trends and translating these into a strategic roadmap. I demanded high standards from suppliers, created marketing strategies for national and international markets, attracted and negotiated with investors multiple times, worked strategically towards our KPIs, conducted structured hypothesis testing of the business (A/B testing, etc.) and planned and performed the brand strategy. This journey has given me comprehensive knowledge of how to build an international e-commerce company from the ground up, focused and data-driven – with a work culture characterized by drive, speed, communication and kindness.It has also given me a broad national and international network – in digitalization, business development and the investor sphere – where I have the privilege of having several of Sweden's sharpest e-commerce experts, industry professionals and investors as mentors. During my years at MSB I worked as an administrator in physical planning, where the primary focus was on finding sustainable and secure ways when planning for new constructions. An interesting job on one of Swedens biggest agencies, being in the forefront of working with climate issues and sustainability.
