CurrentAs an NPI Project Manager in Kelvion’s heat exchange business, I specialize in transitioning bespoke projects through the Product Life Cycle Process (PLCP) and the design process. My role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative heat exchange solutions to international production sites. Key responsibilities include:Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.PLCP Management: Oversee all PLCP phases, from concept to market introduction, ensuring smooth transitions through feasibility studies, design reviews, and gate approvals.Design Process Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimized, cost-effective designs tailored to customer requirements and ensure seamless integration into production.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and customers, delivering regular updates and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, implement best practices, and document lessons learned for future projects.Quality & Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring product quality and performance at every stage.Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.My work is driven by a commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring the success of every project I lead.
