Managing a team of tier 4 engineers, responsible for maintaining the Network Infrastructure across CenturyLink Global Data Centers. Specifically, the planning, release and execution of all proactive network changes that are either problem or project initiated to ensure CenturyLink Data Centers offer the highest levels of performance and availability.

Managing a team of tier 1 through to tier 4 engineers, supporting an elite subset of CenturyLink's global client base. Responsible for the day to day running of operational support across a span of technologies and platforms including but not limited to AWS, Azure, VMWare, Windows, Oracle and UNIX.

Technical operations leader providing 24/7/365 follow-the-sun monitoring and support of Cisco and Juniper network infrastructures in more than 55 data centers world-wide. Also responsible for the management and monitoring of dedicated customer routers/switches (Cisco and Juniper), firewalls (Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto), and load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM, A10) hosted in those facilities. Provide technical leadership for escalations across the ITIL framework of incident, request, change and problem. Attract, retain and develop top talent.
