Sterling Coleman founded SJAC Food Groups in 2001 to operate first-class brands, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and achieve great results while positioning the company for continued growth. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, SJAC, the largest African American Zaxby's licensee group, is an experienced concession operator with more than thirteen stores in twelve cities. Zaxby's Franchising recognizes SJAC for its first-class operations, award-winning guest services, and for owning and operating the number one grossing location across the entire Zaxby's system since 2014. SJAC is also a JV partner with SSP America in the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), managing several national fast-casual concepts along with international brands.Sterling earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Tennessee State University. He plays a crucial role in SJAC's community outreach, including leading companywide support of non-profit and faith-based organizations, schools, youth clubs, law enforcement, among many others.Sterling recently shared with the Atlanta Business Chronicle, "The most rewarding part of my business is serving others.
