With over 45 years of full time real estate experience, Steve Goddard has successfully closed over 1500 transactions. Steve has been a practitioner in real estate in the South Bay area since 1972, a broker/associate and sales manager with RE/MAX Estate Properties from 1982 to present. He has been consistently in the top 1% of REALTORS nationwide and in the top ten at RE/MAX Estate Properties. Steve received the award as the RE/MAX Manager of the Year in 1991 and in 1993 was elevated in the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Steve has been awarded membership in the prestigious Platinum Club numerous times and received the very rare "Lifetime Achievement Award" from RE/MAX. Steve has been a speaker for RE/MAX at both the State and National levels and has served as an expert witness for Real Estate issues in the State of California. Steve is active at all levels of organized real estate including C.A.R. State Director since 1991 and N.A.R. Director since 1996. Steve is very involved in International real estate and is a former owner of residential and commercial real estate companies. Steve has served as the the National Association of REALTORS Presidential Liaison to Australia from 2011-2014. He was the NAR Presidential Laison to Mexico in the past. He is the past president of his local association of REALTORS, President for CRS of Southern California and President of the Los Angels County Board of REALTORS (LACBOR). He has earned the REALTOR of the year locally as well as for the CRS chapter and was the 2010 President of the California Association of REALTORS, an organization of 172,000 REALTORS.
