Project managed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) field documentation and reporting (environmental assessments and environmental statements) projects based on Section 404/401 of the federal Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbor Act of 1899, Endangered Species Act of 1973, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. Led teams in preparing NEPA documentation for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) required environmental reports, impact statements, and assessments. Including developing and approving accepted methods, techniques, or plans to minimize, rectify, reduce, or compensate the adverse consequences of contemplated project construction or post construction development and associated operation and maintenance. In addition, worked closely with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on specific ODOT projects, programmatic issues, and the NEPA/404 streamlining process.
