Key projects delivered:• Global revenue tracking and reporting – Developed a suite of systems to track revenue from idea stage through to billing. Revenue reporting was combined with CRM and market data to provide 360 view of performance at an individual level. Key system for decision making at all levels within investment banking and global capital markets.• Global CRM System – Developed a suite of systems to form a global CRM system used across the investment banking division and global capital markets. The CRM system was highly customized to work directly within Microsoft Outlook, web, email and mobile devices to provide bankers with an easy way to interact with the system. • Market Simulation Tool – Developed a suite of market simulation tools to use as a way of engaging with clients at the CEO and CFO level. The tools allowed teams of CEO’s and CFO’s to make strategic company decisions and see the impact based on historical market analysis. The tools were highly interactive with a market data and news screen. • PWM Front to back office system refresh – Ran a global evaluation and proof of concept for a global front to back office system for the PWM division.
