I am passionate about many things, from innovative problem solving to cross-collaborating, from developing and leading teams to deepening partnerships. Yet, writing a personal bio is not one of them so I will give it the old college try. I have been fortunate to work across a number of industries to artfully connect the natural evolution of experience with the active attainment of skill and expertise. I believe in the continual pursuit of knowledge which comes from schooling as well as the experiences that shape and mold us. These experiences have taught me some things about myself, here are a few: -I love data and getting granular into the analytics to find the story the numbers are trying to tell.-I have found success in setting a vision and implementing strategy which has united teams both large and small. Yet, executing that strategy and attaining that vision with your team is the ultimate high-five moment.-I thrive in ambiguity. Working through the unknown to find solutions. The process is elevated for me when it is done with others through collaboration and cooperation. -I am an extravert who feels invigorated when presenting in front of people. I believe the podium is truly a place where you can change minds and move mountains. -Risk taking is an inevitability for success as are mistakes and failures.
