My roots lie in an entrepreneurial background, originating from a poor family in rural Bengal that overcame significant challenges to now contribute positively to the world. Despite struggling to afford hospital fees at my birth, we now own the best private hospital in Hooghly district. Even though my parents are the first generation of our family business, I do not consider myself the second generation. I have been a partner figure to them since my early age of 19, from the foundation time of Medisky Group, and will continue to do so till my last days.The CSR activities of Medisky Group, which I oversee as CEO, include:Community Health Camps: Organizing free health check-ups and awareness programs through Medisky Hospital & Diagnostics.Educational Scholarships: Providing financial aid to deserving students via the Medisky Youth Development Program.Environmental Initiatives: Leading tree plantation drives and waste management projects under the Clean India Initiative by Medisky.Support for Elderly and Vulnerable Groups: Partnering with NGOs to provide care and support, including the upcoming old-age home, Nirvana Senior Living by Medisky.Promotion of Sporting Culture: Organizing local sports events and supporting academies through Medisky Sports.My leadership has led to the recognition of major prestigious awards, including the Cricket Association of Bengal's 2nd Rank U-15 School Team in West Bengal and No. 1 School Cricket Team in the Hooghly District, Eldrok India's Excellence in Extra Curricular and Sports Development, and Champion School at the Medisky School Games 2023. However, the most prestigious accolade we have received is the "Most Promising Business Group in India" award at the North American Bengali Conference 2022, presented by Mr. Chandrasekhar Ghosh, Chairman of Bandhan Bank.
