Rapid growth and success afforded me the opportunity to leave on a high in Sept 2019 and go on a hiatus.Refreshed and re-energized, through my company M Squared I have since completed and/or are currently working on exec/C-level consulting gigs enabling strategic business development in APAC, advising on the Payment Services Act and cultural business etiquette in Japan, and the loyalty program strategy, positioning and commercialisation for a climate change start-up.I adhere to the KISS principle because it works! I also live by the quote from Greek philosopher Epictetus who said ‘we have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak’, or more simply put you have 2 ears and 1 mouth so use them in proportion.Regular loyalty conference speaker, moderator and panellist.
