Client: BAE systems.- Perform inspection of facility to ensure smooth operations.- Manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.- Investigate the availability and suitability of options for new premises.- Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.- Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives.- Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.- Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal.- Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.- Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.- Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.- Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

Project : Gas Compression Project, Location : Haradh- Manage EPC contractor and their sub-con, ensuring schedule, safety & quality requirements are met.- Review EPC contractor CPR-construction progress report and make sure percent complete and earned value as per actual achieved on site.- Prepare weekly highlights report to Saudi Aramco Management.- Expedite approval of safety & quality documentation submitted by EPC contractor to accelerate site activities.- Conduct daily site surveillance, ensuring safety, quality and schedule are met.- Attend weekly coordination meeting as required to resolve site issues.- Prepare progress report to Aramco management.- Suggest good construction practices & techniques to EPC contractor and their sub-contractors- Monitor & control schedule slippages & recommend solution to get back on track.

Jubail

- Experience in the field of piping construction and engineering of various oil & gas refineries, petrochemical plants and power plants.- Experience in monitoring/supervision of site construction activities involving piping fabrication and erection.- Experience in preparation of material take-off as per IFC isometric Drawings.- Experience in preparation of weld mapping and spooling as per IFC isometric drawings.- Experience in preparation of piping and support fabrication package for proper monitoring of piping fabrication.- Experience in preparation of Hydro test package as per Client standard.- Experience in redlining/as built of isometric drawing and P&ID drawings for any changes as per site condition.- Ability to work with pressure to ensure the completion on or before the schedule.
