Although I have significant experience and achievements in several IT related areas, my true strength lies in my ability to learn quickly, my comprehensive knowledge, my understanding of related needs (and willingness to understand them), and my ability to achieve the best results from the available resources.I have gained experience from managing end-users who require support to communicating with the technical and decision-making layer of business partners, finding a common ground and necessary technical level with everyone.In terms of job roles, I have worked in various areas, including service technician, (IT) dealer and sales manager, IT consultant, system designer, system administrator, systems engineer, desktop and mobile application developer, project manager, and IT leadership roles.Some technical background:I have been working in the IT and IT-related fields since the early 2000s. I have experience with systems ranging from DOS to the initial versions of Windows up to the current ones. With knowledge of their architecture and operation, I also have experience in software development, including mobile devices. Throughout my career, I have been involved in designing, building, and operating various types of networks, from simple hardware service problems to managing network firewalls and infrastructures with VPN and VLAN knowledge. I have knowledge in Windows server technologies, including Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, as well as cloud and hybrid operations, including Office 365 deployment. I have also participated in managing, designing, and installing virtual and physical infrastructures in Hyper-V, VMWare, and Proxmox virtualization environments.In addition to the technology-based approach mentioned above, I have also been involved in the sales and licensing of IT application solutions and cloud services, as well as the execution and completion of project-based tasks. It was important to find out how each layer was built and to determine the combination of tools for a particular task to achieve the best and most sustainable solution. I was able to further develop this through national procurement tenders. I regularly gave lectures on technical and technological topics, including the latest advancements, such as cloud services, and provided information on IT security, licensing, and various other topics for companies and institutions. My focus was on finding tailored and genuinely necessary solutions.
