I am a highly motivated and dedicated researcher with a recent PhD in Biochemistry. My thesis work focused on unraveling how the proteins Cdc42EP3 and septins control actin dynamics. This research has provided valuable insights into fundamental mechanisms that control actin assembly and function in cells.During my time at the Padrick Lab, I also had the privilege of collaborating on a project where I studied the hematological cancer drug EG011 and its role as a WASP activator. I confirmed its mechanism of action in-vitro using purified proteins and fluorescence based assays. Additionally, I played a key role in a collaborative project that studied how the protein SEPT9 influences actin dynamics independently of other septin protein family members
