Refined model and then built the company rapidly from 1994-2000, raising venture capital, and growing to 7 studio locations in the bay area: Santa Cruz (1994), Palo Alto (1995), Los Gatos (1996), Downtown Santa Cruz (1996), Sacramento (1997), Roseville (1997) and San Jose (1997). Developed and launched a new studio concept "Petroglyph Silver Alchemy" (San Francisco), and an eCommerce project -- both of which ceased in FY2000. Scaled back operations, closed studios, and managed cash flow issues in 2000-2004; and supervised a Director of Operations to lead the 4 remaining studios until 2009.
