Maintenance of end users purchase requisitions as per production planning. Raise enquiries from existing and prospective suppliers for provision of Quotes. Preparation of comparative statements based on the received quotes. Preparation of Purchase order after commercial negotiations. Follow up with vendors for on time deliveries. Co-ordinating with Stores, Accounts & other user Department. Day to day planning & execution of various works. Handling various tasks like Purchase, Receipt, Issue, Storage, & Codification of material.  Maintain stores related records in computerized system like Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Purchase request, Stores Accounting, Daily/Monthly Reports, and MIS etc. Interact with Purchase dept for pending Materials as per production planning. Managing storage system for easy identification of materials. Making Physical Verification & Stores Reconciliation by regular intervals. Maintain records of Returnable & Non-Returnable materials. Maintain minimum stock Level of fast Moving items by daily stock checking. Using ABC, XYZ, FIFO Analysis, and Tagging for inventory control. Disposal of Scrap, Surplus and Obsolete Materials. Perform monthly / quarterly & yearly audits of materials with internal / external auditors. Co-ordinating with Purchase & other concerned Department.
