Aim: Designing a custom controller (Pixhawk 4) for autopilot that will control the quadcopter and execute commands sent by a user.Study included comprehending the Pixhawk controller firmware architecture and implementing custom MATLAB/Simulink codes to test proven control strategies. The testing was done on both Windows and Linux environment.

Responsible for the complete recovery system of the Apis III rocket designed for NASA Student Launch Competition 2019.Experience with fabrication of fiberglass structures and carbon fiber filament winding.

- Built content (over 50 material handling components) libraries for an in-house mechanical tool (Engineering Suite of Tools*) used by mechanical project engineers worldwide to design and automate complex material handling systems for warehouse and parcel & postal applications.- Worked with the R&D team in Veghel, Netherlands to design the tool for automated motor selection based on various load parameters of the conveyor system.- Initiated and led the first content building team in Pune. Which handled component creation and adaptation of nearly 70% of all MH systems used in the warehouse and parcel & postal domain of the Europe and Asia-pacific region.*ESoT is an in-house developed AutoCAD integrated engineering tool.
