Hello! I started off as a Graphic Designer with an avid interest in organization and research. Nowadays, you can find me working as a Sr. Visual Communication Designer at a sustainability consultancy, surrounded by an incredible team of consultants and designers. My core responsibilities in this role include, leading the design team to ideate and deliver technical digital solutions/services from discovery to validation, onboarding new members onto the team, working on the UX and UI aspects of some digital products. From discovery to deployment, I get to do it all! I've even had the opportunity to travel to other Central Asian countries, to conduct usability testing and bridging the gap between design decisions, user satisfaction, and business objectives. I have also recently been included in the business development team to give design-oriented inputs.I take pride in the fact that in just a few years of work experience, I have honed a tremendous amount of new skills in design thinking & leadership and can handle a significant level of responsibility. I consider adaptability and versatility to be my superpowers! During my time at STENUM Asia, I've quickly become a reliable teammate (and resident best coffee-maker!). I've had the pleasure of mentoring multiple batches of design interns.I have proficiency in various design and research tools including the Adobe Creative Suite (although Illustrator is my go-to and Adobe XD is my staple), Balsamiq and Figma.I am a hunter-gatherer for learning new tools of the trade!
