• P.Eng (PEO)• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering• 8 years of working experience in Design HVAC, plumbing & fire protection• Prepare building design drawings, including floor plans, mechanical equipment room layouts, schematic diagrams, mechanical schedules, and specifications documents for system construction.• Design HVAC systems, including heating and cooling load calculation, static pressure analysis, heat pump sizing & selections, and duct layout distribution system.• Develop building Plumbing systems, including sanitary, storm, and underground drainage systems.• Conduct mechanical system calculations and equipment selection for building hydronic and domestic systems.• Prepare the mechanical sequence of operations for hydronic and domestic systems. • Investigate new product options and validate shop drawings.• Perform building automation system commissioning and assist with equipment troubleshooting.• Develop fire protection systems and coordinate with consultants.• Conduct site visit and prepare site observation report describing progress and identifying and reviewing deficiencies with site foreman found during the visit.• Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings and coordinate designs with other disciplines (architectural, structural, civil, and electrical)
