Managing the project concerning the migration of the entreprise's e-mail service from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook

Assisting the project manager in administratives tasks and in following the budget and planning of the redisign and transformation project of the entreprise's public stores

As part of the enterprise's reorganization program, in charge of managing the transition of the commercial agencies and the claims management centers into the new organizational schema (cities of Nancy, Aix-en-Provence, Marseilles, Carcassonne and Creil) :- Coordination of real estate, business, communication, HR, IT tasks and actions- Organization and direction of project meetings- Ensure the delivery of the projects on time and within the allocated budget- Reporting projects’ progress to the program’s management board

- Defined and standardized the project portfolio management process according to the enterprise’s specificness- Designed and coded the dashboards and tools allowing to monitor and manage the enterprise’s project portfolio (around 140 projects)- In charge of elaborating the decision-making tools and supports allowing the Executive Committee to select projects and adjust budgets- Supporting and training managers to the enterprise's project portfolio management process

- Management of an IT project concerning the implementation of a web based application to search and manage market and sales reports- Realization of “IntelligentApps” and “BusinessObjects” based reports according to departments’ information needs

- Research activities in IT, Web 2.0 and e-learning (data analysis en co-autor of some papers)- Organization of an intensive program on entrepreneurship, strategic management and leadership- Web sites management and development of the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning

- Weekly 2 hours class of 50 students : practice and application of the statistics theories- Individual student assistance- Mid-term exams organization and correction
