Before that, 13 yrs. international experience in the for-good, pro-poor, environmentally friendly sectors[#NGO management + consulting].________________From a seasoned academic background (M.Sc. in ecology, MPA in environmental policies, M. Phil. in environment sociology), I developed an integrated approach to environmental and natural resources management matters.I joined GERES in 2004, and my experience on energy access and NGO management broadened and grew along with my 12 years long corporate career. France, Afghanistan, Morocco and Egypt, Cambodia and Myanmar, were as many different contexts as various learning opportunities to sharpen my vision on locally-tailored, low-tech, energy access responses at scale.Along the way, I traded deep field exposure for programmatic, then management, strategic, business development and top executive duties.I am back home since 2018, managing the "People & Trees" initiative in N-E of France, an NGO which aggregates a portfolio of initiatives & business cases fostering sustainable relationships btw people and trees.________________My sideline lies with long-term sustainability scenarios. I believe that phasing out from thermo-industrial productivism is inspirational for humanity, and that paving the way from today onwards with practical solutions is our generation’s call.
