I am a dedicated biotechnology professional with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in various molecular biology techniques. Recently, I have been selected for the position of Project Associate I at ICAR-Directorate of Onion and Garlic Research (DOGR).My expertise includes:Dot Blot Method: Proficient in detecting specific proteins using this technique.Bradford Assay: Skilled in quantifying protein concentrations accurately.ELISA: Experienced in performing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for detecting and quantifying substances.PCR: Competent in amplifying DNA sequences for various applications.DNA Extraction: Adept at isolating high-quality DNA from different biological samples.Media Preparation: Knowledgeable in preparing culture media for microbial and plant tissue cultures.Tissue Handling and Plant Regeneration: Experienced in handling plant tissues and regenerating plants from tissue cultures.I have previously worked on a project titled “Isolation, Characterization, and Bioefficacy of Entomopathogenic Bacteria from Entomopathogenic Nematodes against Galleria mellonella L” at ICAR IISR BCC Pravaranagar.
